Before attending the course I felt nervous about the role play but this was the best part, as it helps you to understand and apply the different communication skills. I would recommend this course to anybody. The facilitators are amazing, as they reassure you and they are very knowledgeable. I feel I can come to a conversation more confident, feeling more self-aware and able to pick up the underlying message the person wants to convey.
