Why choose Healthcare Communication Matters

At Healthcare Communication Matters, our mission is to improve healthcare through effective communication.  We believe that by empowering healthcare professionals with the tools they need to communicate effectively, we can improve patient outcomes and enhance overall quality of care.

Our team of facilitators and role-players have many years of experience providing and delivering communication skills training within the healthcare and charitable sector.  Our founder has first-hand knowledge and experience of working in the NHS for 25 years and has worked as an Associate Professor in a University, leading specialised courses and conducting research in healthcare communications.  

We work with healthcare organisations to deliver face-to-face or training that is interactive, flexible and tailored to healthcare and in some cases individual needs.  So, if you need a bespoke e-learning course do contact us to discuss your needs.
