"Challenging conversations with patients"

The strategies I have learned during this course has been really key in achieving what I set out to achieve. I feel much more equipped to approach various challenging encounters and conversations with patients and colleagues. I feel so much more confident in my ability to communicate effectively and less worried about some wrong idea I had. For example I don’t need to have all the right words or perfect what I’m going to say.
