Every member of the team was fantastic. They made the course feel a safe space and very effectively taught the content in an interactive way. It seemed very daunting and I was extremely nervous. But this course has given me the confidence and skills to approach difficult conversations. Also, Lynn and Ros and Hayley are brilliant. Couldn’t ask for better facilitators.
