I now have a greater understanding that my role is not always to fix every problem.  Instead, I recognise the importance of listening, showing empathy and supporting people to feel heard and understood.  The course has helped me appreciate that effective communication is often about understanding concerns and working together, rather than immediately finding solutions.

I would highly recommend this communication skills course to anyone looking to improve their confidence and skills in challenging conversations.  The sessions were well structured, practical and relevant to real-life situations.  The facilitators and actor were excellent, creating a supportive and engaging learning environment throughout.  I particularly valued the interactive role-play scenarios, which helped me apply the learning in a realistic and safe way.  Overall, it was a very worthwhile experience that has had a positive impact on my practice.
