"Exceeded Expectations"

We organised a bespoke motivational interviewing course for our healthcare team, and it exceeded expectations. Lynn created a supportive and engaging learning environment, making the training both enjoyable and highly relevant to our roles.

She is an excellent teacher—knowledgeable, approachable, and able to pitch the content perfectly for clinical staff. The course focused on practical, real-world application, and the techniques have been easy to integrate into our day-to-day practice.

We are already using these skills with patients and have seen a positive impact on how we support engagement and conversations around behaviour change.
