Lynn has been extremely flexible, supportive and helpful in understanding the Trust requirements relating to Advanced Communication Training. She ensured the programmes delivered to staff met the requirements for staff to gain maximum outcome from their attendance. She has been responsive and a pleasure to deal with.
Staff evaluation of the programme/courses has been extremely positive as well as seeing staff apply their learning first hand back in clinical practice.
