The course equipped me with the useful skills to use when faced with difficult interactions. The course has been enjoyable and has felt a safe way of putting communication skills into practice. The role play was nowhere near as bad as I thought and was really beneficial as you had the time to pause and reflect and support from the group to help you try out the facilitative skills.
