About the course
This advanced communication skills course is an intensive course, designed around individual experiential and reflective learning. We will ask you to consider a communication challenge you face in clinical practice and bring this along with you to the course. For some people, the challenge might be about having a highly emotional conversation with a patient, advanced care planning, managing anger and/or distress, or having a difficult conversation with a colleague.
