"Diffusing a conflict with a patient"

I thoroughly enjoyed the advanced communications skill course with Lynn and the team. The actors were exceptional and really helped bring our scenarios to life. I found the course interactive and relaxed, the skills and strategies that i have learnt will help me in my future career and will help me to deal with difficult situations going forward. Not long after i attened the course i was put in a very difficult situation with a patient, i remembered the strategies from the course and felt more prepared to deal with the issue, i approached the problem differenlty and was suprised by the positive outcome. I would recommend this course to all healthcare professionals. It has been invaluable to me.
